Director General / Chief Executive Officer

Pius Olakunle Osunyikanmi, Ph.D; Director General/Chief Executive Officer of the Directorate of Technical Aid Corps; holds a Doctorate degree in Political Science. He has served as a Banker at the Owena Bank before he became the Special Assistant to the Hon. Commissioner for Health, Ondo State from June 1999 to November, 2002; Special Assistant to Secretary to the State Government, Ondo State from 2003 to June 2005, Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister, Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development from July 2005 to December 2006. In March 2009, he was appointed as Special Adviser to the Governor of Ondo State on Inter-Governmental Affairs and Multilateral Relations, where he served until he was appointed Commissioner for Education, Ondo State on 3rd June 2010. On 7th July 2011, he became the Special Adviser to H.E President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan (GCFR) on International Relations. In August 2013, Dr. Pius Osunyikanmi was appointed Director General/Chief Executive Officer of the Directorate of Technical Aid Corps, a position he holds to date. He served on several Boards, amongst which are Federal University of Technology, Akure, University Advancement Board, Governing Council of Adekunle Ajasin University, as well as Ondo State University of Science and Technology. Dr. Osunyikanmi is married and the marriage is blessed with children.
